NRHH has several governing documents that work to guide the day-to-day operations of the honorary. The Bylaws of NRHH is amended by the NRHH Representatives from each affiliated institution annually at the NRHH Corporate Business Meeting held at the NACURH Annual Conference. The Policy Book is amended by the NACURH NRHH Board of Directors (NNBD) made up of the Associate Directors from the eight regions. The minutes of all meetings can also be found to see the discussions that occurred. All NRHH members in good standing are eligible to submit amendments to the Bylaws, and Policy Book.
